Joe Caporoso is the President of Team Whistle, Prior to founding Badlands, Joe launched the Turn On The Jets website and podcast. He hosts our flagship and War Room podcasts with Connor, writes our weekly Rent Free newsletter and also does solo shows like AM Coffee, Insomnia Discord Mailbag and the 12 Pack, while managing the overall business. Connor Rogers is a full time NFL Draft analyst and on camera talent for SNY on Jets pre and post game, NBC, Bleacher Report and PFF, where he hosts the NFL Stock Exchange. Connor hosts our flagship and War Room podcasts with Joe, leads our film room breakdowns and annual NFL Draft Guide. 

Will Parkinson is a long time New York Jets podcaster, NFL analyst and personality, who is currently the host of the Turn On The Jets Podcast, which he has led for over 5 years. Will appears regularly across all of our shows, works on our free agency guide and helps lead our event and brand outreach.

Marc Schwartz has 14+ years of experience in sports broadcasting / marketing / social media, including 10 years as a play-by-play broadcaster in Minor League Baseball and the last four years as a social media manager at Major League Baseball. Marc heads Badlands' social media efforts and occasionally rotates in as a show's co-host.

Paul Kilgallen s in his fourth season with the Badlands Podcast Network, and co-hosts JetHeads and Flight School, previously co-hosted The Other Guys for 100 episodes, runs the Badlands Merch Shop, and helps bring Badlands events to life—when he’s not working his day job in software sales or raising two already-indoctrinated Jets fans at home.

Michael Meegan  hosts JetHeads, a podcast for fans who love the team but know they will be let down even before the ball is kicked. He also works on the Badlands Draft Guide, grinding tape and convincing himself that this prospect probably won't save the franchise - but watching anyway. He isn’t a monster he just believes he’s ahead of the curve. 

Dan Essien is long time Turn On The Jets and Badlands contributor, who hosts our Buck The Trend podcast, designed this website, leads the engineering and design of our NFL Draft Guide, Free Agency Guide and anything else that requires technical expertise.
